U6 and U7 Information
A warm welcome to all new and existing families to the 2024 season of Bulli Football!
Under 6 and Under 7 players will be allocated to set teams with a designated coach and manager (parental volunteers needed). The teams are capped at 6 as there will be 4 on the field (with two substitutes).

New to Coaching?
Don't worry about a thing!
We are here to help! There is very little "coaching" that happens at this age, rather helping the children develop their love of the game through having FUN!
There will always be a committee member present on training and game days and they are more than happy to help you in your newfound coaching career!

Who needs a working with children check?

U/6 & U/7 Format 2024
Training
We have reserved the entire bottom half of the field for training every Wednesday for all Under 6s and 7s from 4:00pm - 5:00pm. Wet weather will be updated via Facebook.
If your team CANNOT make this day and time you will have to apply for special consideration for another day/time to the Secretary.
Coaching sessions shall be based off best practice coaching methods in a fun and social environment.
You will bring to training your ball, water, boots and shin pads. For coaches and managers there will be information sent out on ideas for training/games etc.,
Game Day Saturday Mornings
All players are to be at the BJFC home ground Saturday mornings 15 minutes before kick off. (If you are on set up please arrive a around 7.40am)
Saturday U7's kick off at 8am and U6's at 9am
Duration of the game 2x20 minutes (plus half-time break).
Games will played in the small sided (SSG) format on small pitches with 4 players being on each side with no keeper. Please note that this is a non-competitive league and we aim to have fun and have continuous play. This means that we endeavour to have the least amount of stopping as possible.
Parents are expected to assist in setting up pitches and help with the administrator of the games
Parents are expected to assist with canteen and BBQ duties during the season. Parents will be notified by email when they are on duty.
Children must have all jewelry removed, be in their Bulli Shorts and socks with shin pads and boots.
All players and parents should have fun!
